Wellington Region
This hand crafted Boutique wine is matured for 13 to 17 months in French and American Oak Barrels. The nose expresses aromas of Liquorice and ripe red berries with undertones of Moccachino. This carries through to the palate with subtle chocolate cherriesand a full lingering silky tannin structure showing good fruit and oak integration. Food Recommendation: Game fish or a nice steak marinated in Olive Oil, Garlic and Rosemary
