Black Oystercatcher is a range of sought after boutique wines from the coastal Agulhas district and Elim wine ward in South Africa. The 2010 Rosé is an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. This distinctive red berry fruit on the nose, with strawberry and pomegranate aromas originates from the unique way the two grape varietals are fused. A lingering dry, crisp and mineral taste on the palate.
