A true expression of Mauro Mauri's art in his cellar. He blended 20% Friulano, 40% Sauvignon Blanc,  20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco. It has a very attractive nose, clean, deep and mineral. On palate each cultivar is dovetailed into the next one, and the whole is a great blend which is firm, full and minerally. It was fermented in Slovenian oak, with staves of 55mm thickness. He loves working with wood, and said that his casks are part of his family........
