Franschoek Region

The wood maturation contributes a spiciness. The colour is striking; creamy yellow with a piercing mousse. The Chardonnay gives a fresh lime character, accentuated by the vanilla flavour of the Argonne oak.  50% of the basewine has been matured in French oak for 4 months. Very refreshing as a welcoming drink and contrasts desserts wonderfully.
