From that day, the wine has been known as Casillero del Diablo, the devil's cellar. Brut Reserva is the first Super Premium Sparkling Wine from the Limarí Valley. Casillero del Diablo captured all the freshness, minerality and elegance of this exclusive terroir in a limited edition of this sparkling wine elaborated 100% with Chardonnay grapes. The influence of the South Pacific Ocean, alluvial terraces and chalky soils provide the wine an austere, fresh and elegant character. Unique features that made this wine one of the best expressions in Chile of Chardonnay wines.

The first impression delivers the Limarí Valley’s austere citric notes. Green apple aromas stand out over a mineral base, complemented by hints of clay biscuit, to create a fresh, highly aromatic wine. Its rich acidity and fine bubbles can be felt from the start, making it a refreshing and pleasant medium-bodied wine with notable citrus fruits, such as lime. It has a long finish which remains dry and cool to the very end.
