Pale yellow-straw with hints of green. Freshness, fruit-emphatic nots of pink grapefruit, juicy peaches as well as subtle grassiness seduce on the aroma. It presents itself fresh on the palate with well-tied acidity, lovely roundness, nice juiciness and a long finish. Serve at 10 - 12 degC, with mountain river fish such as trout, and it is perfect with fresh goat's milk cheese. Drink now, until 2011.
