Eagles' Nest is situated in the beautiful Constantia Valley, Cape Peninsula. Withit's slopes facing north, east and west, the farm is a unique gem in the crown of the Western Cape, with beautiful surroundings, breathtaking beauty and award winning wines. This is a cool climate Shiraz with a rich, fresh, dark- plum colour. On the nose the prominent white pepper tones, a hall mark of the Eagles’ Nest Shiraz, are complimented with dark red berry fruit. On the palate, white pepper and red berry fruits remaining the driving force complimented by hints of clove and cigar box. Soft, integrated tannins, a structured mid palate and finely balanced acidity focuses the flavours and ensures that this wine will mature well over the next 10 years.
