Explore the wonderful and fascinating world of wine as seen and enjoyed by South African golfer Ernie Els. Through his many travels around the globe Ernie has been exposed to and appreciated some of the world’s greatest wines and in 1999 decided to pursue his developed passion for fine wine with the creation of Ernie Els Wines. Ernie befittingly chose Stellenbosch, the noble heart of South African wine to base his operation.

Blend: 60% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Mourvèdre, 6% Grenache, 5% Cinsaut, 3% Viognier

Brightly tinted with a purple edge, the Ernie Els Big Easy glistens in the glass. There is a vivd display of complexity with layered cinnamon, fynbos, liquorice and sappy red berry fruit. The strong Shiraz and Grenache component adds spiciness in amongst the melange of varieties which include a splash of perfumed Viognier. There is excellent balance between the crystalline acidity and a creamy textured finish.
