Inspired by nature, Fleur du Cap is a collection of premium wines crafted in a style determined by the grapes themselves, allowing the full expression of the vine.

These wines reflect the generosity of nature and dedication by a devoted team at The Bergkelder, the famous cellar in the mountain in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, who select only the finest vineyard sites and sun ripened grapes to produce wines of abundant flavour and character.

The wine is brilliant gold with lime green specs. On the nose the wine shows attractive aromas of honey, pineapple and some spicy notes with typical dusty botrytis aromas in the background. On the palate it shows dried apricot and peaches with a well-balanced acidity and a wonderful aftertaste.

Blend: 84% Chenin Blanc, 11% Semillon; 5% Muscat
