Dense nose of rose-hip tea, showing all the intense character of mature bunches of black Corvina grapes; a superb example of Amarone at its best!  Rich and complex, yet feminine and light on its feet. Mature in a cool cellar until 2014 at least, but great now, with a rare beefsteak.
