Join Chef Brad Ball and Caroline at Caroline’s Tokai, when they take you to the golden slopes of Burgundy. Brad will prepare a three-course burgundy-inspired meal at the secret wine merchant’s table.

Course One: 

Dover Sole, beurre blanc, served with the flinty, chiselled wines of Chablis

Wiliam Fevre Chablis 1er Cru  2017 and Domaine des Malandes Chablis 1er Cru Montmains 2015.

Course Two: 

Roast Chicken, chestnut mushrooms, pearl onions, roasting juices, served with the sublime

Remoissenet Puligny-Montrachet 2015,

Marc Morey Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Virondot 2013,

Domaine Newman Beaune 1er Cru, Clos des Avaux 2013.

Course Three: 

Delice de Bourgogne Cheese, sour dough melba

Domaine Jacques Prieur Volnay Champans 2010.
