Viticulture and Wine making
The Cartology blocks are dry farmed bush vines, with a minimum age of 30 years, although most are around 40 years old. They are extremely picky about the parcels selected for this wine. To illustrate this point, it happens sometimes that even vineyards that feature regularly in Cartology are declassified if they have a mediocre vintage.
The 2018 vintage is made of 89% Chenin Blanc with 11% old vine Semillon.
