“The wine was fermented with a slight touch of skin contact, which elevates the spices. Lemon and some bright apple aromas showing the lead with fruit and florals giving some dimension on the nose. The aromatic ginger, turmeric and lemongrass make it truly interesting. A long saline and dry finish.” – Winemaker
