Tasting note
Bright ruby-red colour with strong violet highlights. On the nose expresses an elegant and distinct bouquet, with hints of blackberry. Taste is enhanced by sensations already in the nose, which are based on a full, lively fruitiness. The structure is solid and balanced with a fine, elegant texture. The wide aromatic ingredient is dominated by the sweet cherry, and the finale is long and with a pleasant almond flavour. Altogether, this is a Dolcetto whose fresh, juicy, fruity taste harmonizes and is supplemented by the firm tannins.
