Classic style bottle fermented sparkling wine from the cool climate and ancient soils of the Elgin valley. Made the traditional way from 56% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier then aged for 2 years in our underground cellars.
Pale gold in colour with a fine and delicate mousse. Subtle flavours of apple and pear on the nose integrate beautifully with hints of citrus blossom. On the palate, a follow through of Forelle pear shows delicately with notes of roasted chestnuts. A lively and crisp entry leads to a rich, complex and buttery palate with a long dry finish.
