Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: This is a medium-ruby wine, opaque at the core. On the nose, there is a top note of sweet cherry, as well as earthiness, white pepper and some minerality. The mouthfeel is quite round, and the wine is medium to full bodied. On the palate, there is dense black fruit, a little bell pepper, and a long finish. The label indicates this wine was aged in eight months in new French and American oak, which is well integrated. The wine has good acidity and silky tannins.
Enjoy: Light pastas and intense salads
