David and Nadia Sadie are based in the Swartland, and believe that wine is all about natural balance, purity and freshness and that these qualities can only be rightfully expressed when the soil and vineyards are respected. They work with various vineyards and like-minded farmers in the Swartland that share our vision and focus is on different soil types, mountain terrain and mainly bush vines with a minimal intervention approach in the cellar
Grapes from six different Swartland Chenin blanc vineyards are used (only dry land farmed bush vines). The ages of the vineyards vary, being planted between 1968 and 1981.
Beautifully balanced Chenin Blanc with white peach and pair tones.
A fragrant Cape Malay fish curry would be a great match with this Chenin Blanc.
