Grapes were sourced from a farm on the Van der Stel pass between Bot River and Villiersdorp as well as Gabriëlskloof, maturation lasting 24 months in neutral oak. Aromatics are heady with notes of cassis, violets and lavender plus some leafiness and earth. The palate is deep and rich (alc: 13.88%) with bright acidity and chewy tannins.
