Domaine de la Grosse Pierre is a family-run wine estate located in the heart of the Beaujolais region, specifically in the village of Chiroubles. Established in the 1960s by Georges Passot, the estate is now managed by his granddaughter, Pauline Passot, who took over in 2018 after gaining experience as a sommelier in France and abroad.

The ‘Aux Craz’ is a single-vineyard Gamay from Beaujolais’ Chiroubles appellation, specifically the higher-altitude, south-facing ‘Aux Craz’ parcel known for its rocky soils and resulting mineral character.
