Tasting Note
Vibrant red-black in colour. The bouquet shows crunchy red and black fruit, also spicy notes of aniseed. On the palate the wine reveals a well balanced elegance, then flavours of mixed herbs, strawberry, violets and more spice. Mid palate is succulent and silky soft. The wine ends with lingering, fine tannins.

Slow roasted shoulder of pork, lamb rogan josh, caramelized roasted root vegetables, rib-eye steak or nutty hard cheeses
