‘Gorgeously rich & sweet 2021 dessert wine, the botrytis clearly expressed in the honeyed apricot aromas. Germanic in style, but modestly so – 11 g/L acid sufficiently balances 177 g/L sugar & makes for uncloying, almost-dry finish, though not with knife-edge effect. No oaking; 9.9% alc.
