Rock of Eye is a term long-used by tailors, whose mastery of their craft is judged by their ability to create bespoke garments without the need for precise measurements. Instead, they delicately balance precision and intuition, trusting in their expert eye above all else. The Rock of Eye cannot be taught; it can only be earned through perseverance, passion, and practice. Award-winning winemaker, Coenie Snyman, embraces the same philosophy in his winemaking at Rock of Eye.

Tasting note:
“40% of grapes from Simonsberg, 40% Polkadraai Hills and 20% Helderberg.
