After making MCC wines for the House of JC le Roux for 11 years, in which time she won countless awards and shone as the Cap Classique queen, Melanie has continued this passion in her own personal capacity. She named the bubbly after her birthstone, the rare, beautiful and highly sought after Tanzanite, which she says expresses her passion for creating unique sparkling wines in the time-honoured, traditional way.
