Region: 40% Stellenbosch (Helderberg, Bottelary Hills, Devon Valley). 40% Walker Bay, 20% Elim
Harvest started the middle of February and continued for 2 weeks between the Helderberg and Bottelary hills. The Walker Bay and Elim grapes were harvested the 3rd week of Feb. The different Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon parcels were fermented separately after which they were left of the lees for a few months before meticulous blending took place. Bottling took place in June 2019.
