Ophthalmologist Anton van Biljon and his wife Julia feel both privileged and proud to be able to produce their own wine on their own property. Their small boutique farm in the Polkadraai Hills outside Stellenbosch has four hectares under vine planted with the five classic Bordeaux red varieties. These are vinified in their cellar into one quality wine Cinq by top consultant and red-wine making maestro Chris Keet.
The 2018 CINQ is a blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cab Franc, 16% Merlot,10% Petit Verdot and 9% Malbec.
