Cabernet Franc showcases its cool climate finesse with a full bodied, smooth, velvety texture and supple tannins creating a refined mouthfeel. Juicy red fruit flavours of raspberry and cranberry with blackcurrant adding depth and richness. Subtle hints of tobacco and a touch of black pepper add complexity. Cabernet Franc’s freshness and fine tannin pairs exceptionally well with lamb chops, rosemary, and garlic.” – Winemaker
