‘Grapes from two Paardeberg vineyards, one planted in 1986 and the other in 1996. Peach, soft citrus, earth and a touch of spice on the nose while the palate is rich and relatively broad with seemingly moderate acidity. Intensely flavoured and multifaceted, the finish savoury. Presents as just a little riper than 2022. Alc: 13%.’ – CE 95pts

Nuschka’s love for wine dates back to growing up in her family’s small organic farm in the Western Cape where she fondly remembers indulging in great company paired with incredible wine, with this in mind her choice to pursue a career in the wine industry was a simple one. Traveling to Bordeaux, Mosel and New Zealand to further hone her skill and paving her way as winemaker at Reyneke Wines for 6 years, Nuschka had decided to venture off in establishing her own brand, Vuples Wines. Established in February 2022 her maiden release The Fox Chenin Blanc 2022 was produced using grapes from the Swartland area where she passionately embraces sustainability through organic and sustainable farming methods.
