Winemaking Philosophy

Fouché’s philosophy centers on minimal intervention, allowing the vineyards’ unique characteristics to shine. She sources fruit from old vines across Swartland, Voor-Paardeberg, and Piekenierskloof, emphasizing sustainable farming practices. The wines undergo natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur, and are aged in neutral oak and concrete vessels to enhance their expression .
